ANGELA GORMAN, LMFT-A, R-DMT
Beginning therapy can feel both vulnerable and meaningful, and I aim to meet you with presence, curiosity, and care as you navigate that process. Whether in individual, or couples sessions, we will explore your attachment style, relational patterns, strengths, and challenges as a way to better understand yourself and your relationships. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can deepen awareness, build new skills, and move toward more connected and fulfilling ways of being.
My work is grounded in an attachment-based and solution-focused approach, helping you make sense of your experiences while also creating meaningful, tangible change. I support clients in building communication, regulation, and co-regulation skills, with a strong emphasis on the nervous system and how it shapes our relationships. Coming from a body-based perspective, I integrate creativity, movement, metaphor, and body awareness into the therapeutic process, offering opportunities to explore beyond words and access deeper layers of insight and healing.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is effective for treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other issues. This technique helps the brain process distressing memories, reducing emotional distress.
Ketamine Therapy
Ketamine Therapy has been shown to help with mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and substance use issues. It combines psychotherapy with a temporary blocking of NMDA receptors to spark a rapid antidepressant effect, which may offer longer-lasting benefits with fewer total treatments.
